Hello, I have a Sony Laptop with CD Rom drive. The computer recognises the drive yet it cannot read the CD in it. Someone suggested there may be cache which prevents the device working properly yet when I check properties then hardware it says it is working properly. Can anyone tell me how the problem may be fixed?
